Polyethylene pipes for waterworks, natural gas pipeline, civil and industrial drainage

Deriplast manufactures since about fifty years, in its own factory in Villadose (Rovigo), polyethylene pipes for water works, gas pipelines, civil and industrial dumps.
The quality strictness is the key of our production, in accordance of the most recent Italian and European laws.
Our production is distinguished by conformity brands of countries where we set its market.
In 1991 our company has achieved the ISO 9002 "Quality Certification" and in 1999 the continuous improvement in quality has awarded Deriplast again with the SQS (Swiss association for Quality and Management Systems - member of IQNET: International Certification Network) ISO 9001 "Quality Certification" over the whole company: assuring the quality all over the business process.
In order to improve continuously, Deriplast has decided lately to manage and reduce its activity impact on the environment and thanks to the duty carried out, in January 2002 Deriplast Environmental Management System has been certified by SQS in accord to the ISO 14001 standard.
In 2002 Deriplast has adjusted its quality system to the ISO 9001:2000 regulation.
In order to give our customers a more complete service, in 2004, with the RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) acknowledgement, we set up the technical formation center for qualifying polyethylene pipes welder.

Foundation of IGD company - Italo Germanica Derivati Plastici, renamed to Deriplast SpA

Waterworks and irrigation high density polyethylene pipes production started.
 
1975
Geberit partnership for civil building dump pipes production.
 
1982
Walking Pipe Italiana company buyout.
 
1985
Sewerages PVC pipes production started.
 
1988
Foundation of Plastek Srl company.

UNI EN ISO9002 Quality Certification.
 
1991
Production of PE100 (Sigma 80) pipes for waterworks and natural gas pipelines started.
 
1995
Deriplast SpA is now part of Geberit Group.

Company capital increase to 4,2 EUR millions and plant enlargment.

Merger with Walking Pipe Italiana
